Growing up in beautiful New Zealand, music has always been a huge part of my life. Guided by the wonderful woman in my life - mum, aunty, and nan, I learned how to play guitar and sing, all while soaking in the rich culture of our Maori heritage. You could always find me in a kapa haka group, leading the songs as a kaia, and loving every moment of it. 🎶❤️

I have 11+ years of knowledge when it comes to being a musician, and there is so much to learn if you're an aspiring musician. I'm here to share my perspective of what I wish I knew before becoming a musician.
